We've celebrated Anti-Bullying Week in style with 'Odd Socks Day!' starting the week on Monday. Our school was full of individuality and expression accompanied by a sense of colour and fun celebrating the fact that we are unique but all equal.
The children enjoyed an informative assembly on Monday afternoon about the significance of the week and the importance of this year's motto: 'One Kind Word'. Linked to this ethos, we have constructed our very own 'Wall of Kindness' in our school hall. Every child, across the whole school, has thought of their own kindness pledge and placed it on our display.
We are regularly reflecting on our pledges and spreading lots of kindness and positivity.
We will share our success in our Celebration Assembly on Friday.
Thank-you to everyone for joining us in marking this important week in school.
